Return Policy

1. Please contact us as within 24 hrs of receipt if the package you received was damaged or the items you received was damaged for an exchange.


2. If for any reason you don't like your purchase please return the merchandize within 14 days of receiving your package. if we receive your items after the 14 days alloted we will not be able to process your return.


3. To return a package re-pack the item in the original packaging and shipping box. Please be sure to include everything in the original condition.


4. Please specify whether you would like merchandise credit or reimbursement to your original payment method. please be advised that shipping and handling is non refundable.


5. When returning the your purchase we encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment. Please save the receipt until you receive your refund or exchange. We regret that we will not be able to issue a credit or refund for any items that are damaged or lost in shipping.

FAQs

How quickly will I receive my order?

Orders for all in-stock merchandise are processed within 72 hours. Items shipped by standard delivery methods should be received within 10 days. If you have chosen express delivery, you should receive your item within 5 days and orders shipped using super express should be received within 3 days. Some specialty items may require additional delivery time.

Can I request express delivery?

Yes. we offer both standard (10 days) and express (5 days) delivery. Express delivery may not be available on some items or in some areas.

How do I ship a package to a friend?

Just choose the item you want to send to your friend and proceed to checkout. On the Order Review page, look in the upper left corner to change the "Ship To" address. Add your friend's address and it will be stored in your address book. The entire order will ship to that address.

What is Buy More and Save shipping?

When you buy more than one item you can save on shipping. Pay full-price shipping on the first item and get half off the price of standard shipping for each of the additional items. Currently, you can Buy More and Save when you purchase more than one jewelry item.

When should I expect to receive credit for my return?
If you mailed in a return, we ask that you allow us 15 days to process your request. Our returns department typically credits returns to your account within 48 business hours after we receive the return. For example, your return should be credited to you within 7 business days if you sent your package via a 3-5 day delivery method.

How will I be reimbursed for my return?
Your reimbursement will be based on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit card, your credit will be issued to your card on the day your return is processed (although it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.).

If you paid by check, a check will be issued to you the day your return is processed. It may take up to 15 days thereafter for you to receive the check.

If you elect to receive merchandise credit for a return, you will have one year to spend your credit thru our website or over the phone.

What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit including Visa, Master-Card, American Express, Discover Network, Carte Blanche and Diners Club thru pay-pal. Debit cards with the Visa or Master-Card logo are also accepted. we can also process your order over the phone if you charge by visa or master-card logo only, and we accept money orders. with money orders there is a waiting period for the payment to clear. Check debit cards are not accepted.

Does Zulasurfing charge sales tax?

Yes.

If sales tax appears on your packing slip and credit card statement, we are registered with your state to collect sales or use tax on taxable items shipped to your state. Most states require that we tax shipping and handling as well. Please note that sales and use tax collected is remitted by zulasurfing to your state tax authority as required by law. we do not retain these monies.

Orders placed on the Internet indicate that the sales tax displayed online are only an estimate. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is processed and displayed correctly on your packing slip.
