Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item for return instructions, then send it back promptly. If you do not contact us within 3 days, we can only offer an exchange, for up to 14 days from the date you received the item.
Pewter, glass, and all other items
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Custom and made-to-order items
All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. They are not returnable or exchangeable.
Sale items
Sale items are eligible for exchange only and cannot be refunded.
Gift cards
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Condition requirements
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, and it must be in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or otherwise not in their original condition for reasons beyond our control may receive only a partial refund, or may be declined.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and to let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 days for the refund to process and appear on your statement.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 7 days, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund posts. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at irena@zulasurfing.com.
Exchanges
Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged. Please email us at irena@zulasurfing.com first, then send your item to the return address below.

Items purchased as gifts and shipped directly to you are exchangeable only.

Return shipping
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item valued over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.
