Returns/Refunds

For Gold and Silver jewelry you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item/s for return instructions.  If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving your item/s we will only be able to exchange the item for upto 14 days of receipt of the item/s. We accept returns for pewter and glass within 14 days of your receipt of the item/s.  Custom and made to order items are not returnable  or exchangeable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of your refund which will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow upto 5 to 7 days for your refund to process and appear on your statement.
If you still have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at irena@zulasurfing.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be returned for a full refunded, sale items can only be exchanged.

Exchanges 
Fees associated with sending back returns and exchanges are sole responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or damaged.  Please send us an email to irena@zulasurfing.com and send your item to: 16-03 mandon pl fair lawn New Jersey US 07410.

Gifts
Items that are purchased as gifts and given as gifts are strictly exchangeable.

Shipping
To return your product, please mail your product to: 16-03 mandon place, fair lawn, New Jersey 07410

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
